No. Dogs are only allowed on Dennis beaches in the offseason, from from the day after Labor Day to the day before Labor Day.

West Dennis Beach is our favorite beach for a beach walk because it’s so long. The huge parking lot area and length of the beach combined with the warm sound-side water are great for splashing!

Are dogs allowed on the Bass River beaches?
The bass river has launch points in both Dennis and Yarmouth. Much of the shoreline is private, so it’s not always easy to find a spot to land.
The back side of west Dennis beach is a nice spot to explore, but here dogs are only allowed in the offseason. Same with the Wilbur Park beach on the Yarmouth side of the river.
At low tide, there are sandbars that appear which are perfect to land and jump out. you don’t need a boat to access them. You can paddle out on kayaks or paddle boards, floats, or tubes.
