The Port

541 Main Street (Route 28), Harwich Port
(508) 430-5410

The Port is an upscale eatery with several sections that allow pets. There’s a few tiny tables out front where you can eat with your dog. And there’s another section out back that’s outside where you can do the same.  They also have dollar oysters starting mid-afternoon, but by the time you total up the drinks your dollar oysters just cost you a lot more than you saved on the oysters. Still a good time. Party time for the younger crowd at night.

(774) 408-7701

Scribano’s is a small Italian Deli in Harwich Port.  Check out the prosciutto sandwich, it’s a salty treat that makes dogs drool while you eat it.  Throw them a few scraps of prosciutto fat and you’ll have one happy dog at your feet.

Technically dogs aren’t allowed inside, so your pet will have to wait at one of the outdoor tables. The people who work here are super nice and will bring it out to you when it’s ready.

Sundae School is a classic ice cream chain with a few locations on cape cod. Their Harwich Port location is usually very busy during peak times in the summer.

Navigating the parking lot at sundae school is an experience in itself. It’s amazing how competitive getting a parking space scene can be in Harwich Port these days since they built over the lot by the liquor store.
