Perks is a small coffee shop but the real attraction here is the outdoor beer garden. Dogs are more than welcome at Perks since the whole thing is outdoor seating. It gets pretty lively at night.

The Port is an upscale eatery with several sections that allow pets. There’s a few tiny tables out front where you can eat with your dog. And there’s another section out back that’s outside where you can do the same. They also have dollar oysters, but by the time you total up the drinks your dollar oysters just cost you a lot more than you saved on the oysters.
302 Main Street (Route 28), Harwich Port
Scribano’s is a small Italian Deli in Harwich Port. Check out the prosciutto sandwich, it’s a salty treat that makes dogs drool while you eat it. Throw them a few scraps of prosciutto fat and you’ll have one happy dog at your feet. There’s no tables here and dogs technically aren’t allowed inside, but we’re including it because that sandwich is so good you just need to try it. Leave your dog outside while you run in to grab it.
749 Main Street (Route 28), Harwich Port
Schoolhouse Ice Cream has outdoor seating where you can eat with your dog. Harwich has a ton of ice cream options, and Schoolhouse it great not only because the ice cream tastes so good but it’s also a bit separated from the foot traffic of downtown Harwich Port so you may find the lines a bit shorter.

Sundae School is a classic ice cream chain with a few locations on cape cod. Their Harwich Port location is usually very busy during peak times in the summer.
Navigating the parking lot at sundae school is an experience in itself. It’s amazing how competitive getting a parking space scene can be in Harwich Port these days since they built over the lot by the liquor store.
