Perks Coffee Shop & Beer Garden

545 Main Street (Route 28), Harwich Port
(774) 209-3460

Perks is a small coffee shop but the real attraction here is the outdoor beer garden. There’s a surfboard table around back next to a $1 dollar oyster bar window, but sadly it isn’t always open when we visit. Dogs are more than welcome at Perks since the whole thing is outdoor seating.  It gets pretty lively at night.

The Port

541 Main Street (Route 28), Harwich Port
(508) 430-5410

The Port is an upscale eatery with several sections that allow pets. There’s a few tiny tables out front where you can eat with your dog. And there’s another section out back that’s outside where you can do the same.  They also have dollar oysters, but by the time you total up the drinks your dollar oysters just cost you a lot more than you saved on the oysters.

Scribano’s Italian Market & Deli

302 Main Street (Route 28), Harwich Port
(774) 408-7701

Scribano’s is a small Italian Deli in Harwich Port.  Check out the prosciutto sandwich, it’s a salty treat that makes dogs drool while you eat it.  Throw them a few scraps of prosciutto fat and you’ll have one happy dog at your feet.

There’s no tables here and dogs technically aren’t allowed inside, but we’re including it because that sandwich is so good you just need to try it.  Leave your dog outside while you run in to grab it. The people who work here are super cool and will bring it out to you when it’s ready.

Sundae School Harwich Port

606 Main Street (Route 28), Harwich Port
(508) 430-2444

Sundae School is a classic ice cream chain with a few locations on cape cod. Their Harwich Port location is usually very busy during peak times in the summer.

Navigating the parking lot at sundae school is an experience in itself. It’s amazing how competitive getting a parking space scene can be in Harwich Port these days since they built over the lot by the liquor store.
